ABLC is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians, experienced Behavior Technicians, and those who are interested in starting a career working with children with disabilities. There is much work to be done, and we are always looking for individuals who are dedicated and looking to be inspired!
If you are looking for supervision in order to obtain your BCBA or BCaBA, we provide supervision as a benefit for our employees working 10 or more hours per week.
Position Requirements
Current and valid Registered Behavior Technician Credential
Or willingness to pursue
Provide community and home-based services to individuals with autism
Implement individualized service plans and behavior support plans
Daily documentation of service, progress on programs, and behavior goals
Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of plans, identify problems in service
Participate in training and supervision from certified and licensed staff

Position Requirements
Current and valid BCBA and Maryland State License (LBA)
Provide community and home-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities
Develop and implement individualized service plans and behavior support plans
Complete assessments (both behavior and skill assessments)
Train and supervise behavior technicians
Bring a positive and energetic attitude to the clinical environment
Participate in training and supervision from our certified and licensed staff members
